A new Harlem landmark designed by award-winning firm Meshberg Group was inspired by traditional architecture from the early 1800’s of Federal style row houses. This 8 story new condominium building with its arches, cast iron panes, floor to ceiling windows, red brick facade and 14 impeccably crafted residences brings luxury lifestyle like no other to Harlem.

Reborn as the Bath Haus, the iconic address’ interior residences not only preserve the rich history of New York City and Architect Louis H. Voss’ legacy, but also celebrate the future of the vibrant Greenpoint neighborhood.
